Shipping & Returns Policy
How we deliver your eFoil, what it costs, how long it takes, and how returns work.
This policy applies to eFoil boards, wings, batteries, parts and accessories purchased from eFoil Florida (E-Foil Florida LLC), an authorized SiFly dealer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Lessons and rentals are covered by our Terms.
Local delivery (Jupiter to Miami)
- Cost: Free.
- Area: Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties (Jupiter to Miami).
- Timing: Hand-delivered within 1–3 days of your order for in-stock items. We call or text to schedule a delivery time, and we walk you through setup and charging on delivery.
Shipping within the United States
- Complete eFoil sets: $300 per set.
- Everything else (boards, hydrofoil units, wings, batteries, props, chargers, bags and parts): free shipping on every order.
- Timing: Orders ship within 3–5 business days and usually arrive 5–10 business days after the order is placed.
- We ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. states only. Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
- Florida sales tax applies only to orders delivered in Florida.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Returns
- You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Unused means never ridden or put in the water, in original condition and packaging, with all included parts and accessories.
- Boards or gear that have been ridden or used in the water cannot be returned. Defects are covered by the manufacturer warranty below.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Local customers can arrange a drop-off with us instead.
How to start a return: call or text (954) 480-3725 or email efoilfl@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Please do not ship a return without contacting us first.
Refunds: after we receive and inspect the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping or delivery charges are not refundable.
Warranty
New SiFly products are covered by the SiFly manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will handle the warranty claim with SiFly for you.
