A lifelong surfer raised on the Pacific waves of San Diego, now teaching and riding eFoils in South Florida's warm Atlantic waters — where the water stays warm year-round and the wetsuit stays in the closet.
1.5 hours, with 30 minutes of on-shore training and an exhilarating 60-minute session on the water.
Easy to Learn
You might be surprised by how easy and accessible eFoiling is. Riders as young as 12 and as seasoned as 78 have experienced the thrill. If you can manage basic yoga movements—like kneeling, doing a push-up, or standing from a kneeling position—you can learn to eFoil. Most people start by riding on their stomach, then move to their knees, and eventually progress to standing and foiling. Everyone learns at their own pace—some pick it up quickly, while others need a few sessions. Either way, most riders are having fun from the very beginning, even before they're fully up and foiling.
Requirements & Restrictions
Minimum age is 12. Anyone under 18 must have an adult guardian present at all times.
Must be a strong swimmer.
No alcohol or drugs before riding. You may not use an eFoil if you've recently consumed alcohol or drugs or are otherwise impaired—operating any motorized vessel under the influence is a serious violation of state and federal law.
Maximum rider weight is 250 pounds, for safety.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
If you have a heart, spine, or other health condition, please consult your doctor before eFoiling.
You'll be asked to sign a release of liability waiver.

Location
Our primary lesson spot can vary with weather, wind, and water conditions, so we'll confirm the exact location the day before your lesson. Generally we ride in a park toward Wilton Manors, near the Central Beach area of Fort Lauderdale—calm water, no waves, limited wind, and low boat traffic, which makes it safe and reliable for learning.

You'll never forget your first time eFoiling. Flying over the water is pure exhilaration—no wind, waves, boat, or rope required. Glide silently and emission-free through breathtaking scenery and feel a calm, zen-like sensation you won't soon forget.
Valuable Items
Leave the wedding ring, expensive earrings, and watches at home. eFoiling is an adventure sport and you will fall—many times, and occasionally hard. We can't be responsible for your belongings, so valuables like phones are best left with a non-rider or locked in your car.
